The founders' story
Nick and Hugo founded ENQUIP with a simple thesis: that the clean energy transition presents a major opportunity for real estate.
In 2012, twenty years after meeting at Manchester University, they established New Resource Partners, later forming a joint venture with Regent Capital to combine expertise in clean energy investment and commercial property. The insights and experience gained through this work laid the foundations for ENQUIP.
Launched in 2023, ENQUIP brings together more than five decades of experience at the intersection of energy and real estate. It is the product of two dedicated founders on a mission to prove that profit and planet can coexist.
